All cake tiers are made of six layers of cake with five layers of filling.
Fillings are Swiss meringue buttercream or American buttercream based, with homemade curds, sauces and quality conserves.

CLASSIC VANILLA
Vanilla sponge with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and tangy raspberry or strawberry jam.
RASPBERRY RIPPLE**
Vanilla sponge that is rippled with homemade raspberry jam then layered with vanilla buttercream, more raspberry jam, and fresh raspberries.
SALTED CARAMEL**
Brown sugar sponge layered with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel filling.
CARROT CAKE**
Fruity, nutty, carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream.
LEMON**
Lemon sponge with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and tangy lemon curd filling.
CHOCOLATE & WHITE CHOCOLATE
Rich chocolate sponge with silky white chocolate buttercream and white chocolate chips.
OREO**
Light Chocolate sponge with a vanilla Oreo buttercream and crushed Oreos.
MARBLE
Marvellously marbled chocolate and vanilla sponge, vanilla OR chocolate buttercream filling.
LEMON & WHITE CHOCOLATE
