- Classic Rich Chocolate: Rich chocolate sponge with silky chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
- Lemon: Lemon sponge with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and tangy lemon curd.
- Raspberry Ripple: Vanilla sponge rippled with homemade raspberry jam, raspberry jam swirled Swiss meringue buttercream.
- Salted Caramel: Brown sugar sponge layered with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream, salted caramel drizzle.
- Chocolate & White Chocolate: Rich chocolate sponge with silky white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate chips.
