Congratulations on your engagement!
This is the fun part...CAKE! Your wedding cake truly is a centrepiece of the day and therefore it should stand out and tie in with your theme, colours and venue setting. But deciding on your final cake design can also be quite overwhelming with so many options to choose from. At Little Olive's Bakehouse every wedding cake is designed to the needs and preferences of my couples and I personally work with you to finalise every detail to your taste.
THE BOOKING PROCESS:
Step 1 - Enquiry
The first step is to get in touch with me via the quotes form to see if I am available on your wedding date, it's super helpful at this stage to provide me with as much detail about your day as possible from venue to colour palettes/mood boards.
If you know you’d like me to make your wedding cake, but you aren’t sure yet what style of cake you would like, that’s no problem. You can secure your wedding date in my diary with a £100 non refundable booking fee and I will arrange to contact you nearer the wedding date to plan the all important details.
Step 2 - Consultation
Once you have secured your wedding date with me it's time to talk through your requirements, flavour choices, and any ideas you have.
My wedding cake consultations are convenient for your busy lives and now held via Zoom. In this wedding cake consultation, we will discuss various options for your wedding cake from colours to textures and more.
Step 3 - Design and follow up
Once we have finalised design details I will follow up with a quote and a digital or hand sketched design outline of your wedding cake.
Your wedding is almost here! The final balance will be due 4 weeks before your wedding date.
The week of your wedding, I will liaise with your venue coordinator/wedding planner to discuss the delivery and set up of your wedding cake.
At this point, all you need to do is sit back, celebrate, and eat cake!
