A fluffy classic vanilla sponge layered with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry jam, finished in vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream in your choice of monochrome colour combo. For example light blue buttercream with a darker blue drip, light pink buttercream with a darker pink drip etc. Buttercream swirls and sprinkles on top.

ORDERING & COLLECTION
Available to order only on the website. You must order at least 7 working days before you need the cake and collection from SO22 can be arranged via email at a time that suits you within my normal working hours with the exception of Sundays & Mondays. Collection on a Tuesday is after 2pm . Please note, I am closed on a Sunday & Monday so you cannot collect on these days, sorry!

I do not recommend ordering this cake if you or your guests suffer from severe allergies as this is a home kitchen full of a wide range of ingredients including allergens: Gluten, wheat, milk, eggs, soya, may contain nuts.

Vanilla Monochrome
Cakes are very fragile and need to be transported with care, they must be kept on a flat surface, either in your passenger footwell or the boot. I do not recommend holding the cake or placing it on a seat.
